The refund policy requires that the customer attends at least one 1:1 session and one group session before requesting a refund.
The refund policy is not applied to customers who have already attended 2 group sessions and 2 1:1
The refund policy requires that the customer provides feedback on how the bootcamp did not meet their expectations and how they were not able to benefit from it.
After 21 days of the purchase or 7 days after the 2nd group session the refund will not be possible.
The refund policy may have different terms and conditions for customers who purchased the bootcamp at a discounted rate.
